    Sessions begin with Tarot, offering a reflective mirror into themes, messages, and dynamics shaping your present situation and the issues you are navigating. Together, we explore questions, challenges, opportunities, and energetic patterns emerging in your life, bringing awareness to what may be asking for attention, healing or transformation.

    From there we move into Reiki and intuitive bodywork, creating space for the body to receive, process and embody these insights with fresh new energy.

    Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice preformed fully clothed to promote health, well-being and spiritual growth. The word Reiki translates to “Universal Life Force Energy.” Through light touch and movements on and above the body, Reiki supports relaxation, nervous system regulation, energetic balance, and your body’s natural capacity for healing and guidance.

    As energy begins to flow, many clients experience sensations such as tingling, floating, temperature changes, seeing colors or having a sudden revelation. These sessions are ideal for releasing stagnant energy and aligning with your innate healing wisdom and power.
